Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and selected method.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier issues, or customs processing for international orders.

International Shipping: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are the customer's responsibility.

5. Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction with our premium Ethiopian coffee is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products.

Return Policy: Due to the perishable nature of coffee and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened coffee products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Quality Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your coffee, please contact us at sales@dailysipcoffee.com within 14 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve any quality concerns.

Freshness Commitment: All coffee is roasted to order and packaged immediately to preserve peak freshness. We recommend consuming our coffee within 3-4 weeks of the roast date for optimal flavor, though properly stored coffee remains excellent for up to 3 months.

Storage Recommendations: Store coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from heat, light, and moisture. Do not refrigerate or freeze.

Quality Standards: Our coffee meets or exceeds all applicable food safety regulations. Each batch is carefully inspected and cupped to ensure it meets our exacting standards for the Ethiopian Grade 1 designation and our signature flavor profile.
