Our journey begins in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia—the legendary birthplace of the Arabica bean. Here, at altitudes of 1,900 to 2,200 meters above sea level, our coffee grows in nutrient-rich volcanic soil, nurtured by native forest shade and cool mountain air.
We exclusively source Grade 1 Yirgacheffe, the highest quality designation possible. Each cherry is hand-picked at the peak of ripeness by local family farmers who have carried the wisdom of the harvest for generations. This isn't just coffee; it is an ancestral legacy.
